The ideal candidate will oversee the administrative activities that

other resources. S/He will ensure that office equipment is maintained to the
appropriate standard, that relevant records are up to date and all
administrative processes work effectively


Qualified candidates MUST:

Possess strong verbal and written communication skills

At least 1 year work experience in the position or in related

Experience working in an NGO or interest in the non-profit sector

Hold a Bachelors Degree

Outstanding interpersonal skills

Organization, planning and leadership skills

Ability to use MS Office and other software

Reliable and trustworthy
