Job-role
The successful candidate will perform the following functions:

  • Provide effective project management support and coordination by planning, design, implementation, monitoring, evaluation and reporting of assigned activities.
  • Provide support to the field offices and periodic reviews of project activities.
  • Manage the collection and processing of field data and ensure all components of the survey completed including specimen samples.
  • Oversee the allocation and use of project resources and manage the local staff to ensure cost-effectiveness and maximum resource utilisation.

  • Prepare bank reconciliation of all the Projects banks.

  • Review field postings for accuracy and stepping down funds to the field for field activities.
  • Prepare donor financial reports.
  • Prepare burn rate and manage accounting reporting analysis.
  • Maintain, organise and file documents for the projects.

  • Lead the research team to complete the project within the allotted timelines and budgets.
  • Plan, coordinate and execute assigned research projects.

Job Profile

  • The HR Associate supports SFH HR functions and is responsible for managing HR processes including recruiting short term staff, leave administration, induction and staff welfare. The HR Associate will manage the SAP staff records module and manage staff medical records. The HR Associate will ensure adherence to all HR policies and that staff matters are managed according to donor and SFH guidelines and staff are motivated to achieve overall SFH objectives.

Job-role
The Human Resources Associate will be expected to perform the following roles detailed below:

  • Recruitment (non-permanent staff)
  • Communication (non-permanent staff, NYSC and volunteers)
  • Staff Welfare matters (leave, medical)
  • Hospital Management (retainership admin etc)
  • Conduct pre-confirmation due diligence and certificate verification checks
  • HR processes (ID cards, call cards etc)
  • Staff record management
